The list of accepted members of our TDF project is now online at the Document Foundation website. Currently we have 74 members, about 20 applications are still in review.
We hope for some more applications, as we know several people who contributed code, translations, documentation or other work to LibreOffice within the last moths but did not send in an application yet. Although the application form needs a review (will be done within the next days) don't hesitate to tell us about your contributons and hit the "Submit your application" button.
To get an idea what rights and obligations our members have, you should read the community bylaws.
